Recycling and Fundraising: We Pay You to Recycle!

Recycling Program Overview

Let Remark Imaging help your school, club, organization, or charity generate extra revenue, while keeping expired ink and toner cartridges out of local landfills.

We will supply you with a price list for serviceable cartridges, a cartridge collection box and any additional materials you may request. Once we pick-up the cartridges, we will inspect them, determine their usefulness, and reimburse you for all serviceable cartridges. All cartridges that are past their useful life will be properly broken down and recycled to ensure they never find their way into our landfills.

Our Recycling Program is as easy as it gets!

1. Simply collect empty ink and toner cartridges from anywhere: family, friends, businesses, charities, co-workers, etc.

2. Carefully place the cartridges into the collection box that we provide; this prevents them from being damaged. (Packaging instructions will be provided)

3. Once the box is full, contact us, and we will make arrangements to pick them up.

4. We will reimburse you for all undamaged, reusable ink and toner cartridges.

Cartridges We Accept

1. We accept any ink and toner cartridge, virgin or non-virgin, for recycling purposes.

2. Cartridges that are damaged or past their useful lives are not eligible for payment through the program, but will be disposed of and recycled properly.

Packaging Instructions

To prevent damage, cartridges should be individually wrapped. With Inkjet cartridges we recommend using the original manufacturer’s envelope or box, if not available, you can also wrap them in toweling and place them in a plastic bag (cartridges may leak, so the plastic prevents them from damaging personal items). Toner cartridges can be wrapped with a grocery bag or the original plastic bag they come in. Multiple layer wrapping is recommended with each toner cartridge to prevent damage.

Payment

1. Once we’ve picked-up your donated cartridges, each one is inspected to assure that it is in reusable condition.

2. After inspection, we calculate the value of all acceptable cartridges, and reimburse you for the amount.

3. From the time we pick up the collection box, and depending on the quantity collected, you can expect payment within 2-3 weeks.

4. Please be sure to provide a valid email address or phone number so we can contact you when your payment is ready.

Additional Materials

Additional materials can be provided upon request. Personalized flyers, brochures and signage designs will be supplied in Word, Publisher, or PDF format. We prepare the designs for you to print.
