Remark Imaging Return Policy
Instructions:

Contact us to request an RMA.
Once your RMA request is approved, you will receive an email with the RMA#, return shipment address, and return shipment label (if applicable). -
Send the product back to Remark Imaging.

Please double check the following:- Please make sure that the RMA# is visible from the packaging.
- Please send a test print if returning product due to cartridge failure or print issues.
- Please securely pack the toner cartridges to avoid damage in transit.

Wait for your replacement / refund.*
Once receipt of the returned item at our warehouse is confirmed, your replacement will be shipped the same day the item is recieved and you will be e-mailed your tracking number.
Is there anyway to to get my item faster? Glad you asked! The fastest way would be to complete the RMA form after you log into your account, and once you have your RMA number, process a new order online specifying your RMA number in the 'comment box'. Upon receiving the returned item, we will credit you back appropriately.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Toner Cartridges that are more than 75% used do not qualify for exchange. These items can be returned for a prorated refund.
- Packages without an RMA# will not processed for replacement or refund.

Shipping cost is refundable only if the return is due to a ReMark Imaging error or cartridge failure.

We reserve the right to charge your account in the following events:
- We receive a product in a condition which is not what was described with the approved RMA.
- We do not receive the return package within 30 days from the date of issue.
- The return package is damaged as a direct result from careless return packaging on the customer's behalf.
- The cartridge has been tampered with (including attempts to refill cartridge) by the user.

A 25% restocking fee applies to refused packages, customers ordering the incorrect product, unwanted items, and used (but still working) items.
Additional Information
Refund
We will issue a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges) within 3 business days of receiving the item back in our warehouse. Please remember that we are unable to take responsibility for the package until we have received it at our warehouse, and we are therefore unable to issue refunds for items that we did not receive. If you choose to return your item, please insure the package in case it is lost in transit.
Replacements
Replacements are shipped the same day the return Item is received. Customers are liable for any discrepancies in the approved RMA and the actual item returned. Replacements are shipped with our standard shipping, except for extenuating circumstances.
