Shipping Policy

 

We ship a majority of our packages through FedEx. We are able to ship to physical addresses only through this method. If you have a package that must ship to either a PO Box or to an APO/FPO address, please call us toll-free at 888-688-3336 to order. The timeframes quoted for delivery represent a worst case scenario - most of our packages arrive within 3 business days. Prices quoted for shipping are based upon product weight, distance between our primary shipping point (Wisconsin) and the receiver, and current fuel prices.

Timeframes quoted for shipping reflect the lead time once a product is physically shipped (IE: leaves our warehouse). Orders, pending payment verification, typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed.

Orders placed after 12PM Central Standard Time will not be processed until the next business day.

 

Local Customers

If you live in Oshkosh, Neenah, Appleton, Fond Du Lac, Menasha, or the surrounding communities, we offer pickup and delivery services. For local businesses, we can offer free delivery on printer cartridges. Please call us for details!

 

Shipping Methods

Standard: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Products will arrive Fed-Ex Ground, or, in rare cases, another provider such as UPS or the US Postal System. Products are insured, and a tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment when available.

Expedited: 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Products will arrive via UPS or FedEx. Products are insured, and a tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment. The package will most likely ship signature required.

Next Business Day: 1 business day from the date of shipment. Product will arrive via UPS or FedEx, and will come signature required. ReMark Imaging can not be held responsible if the receiver does not receive next day service due to receiver being unavailable to sign for package or for extreme weather or national security conditions which may cause package delay.
